Seniors Living with Loss

This group offers a safe and welcoming space for seniors to reflect on their experience of loss as well as connect with others who are also grieving. This group is specific to seniors, but there are many types of losses- ie: loss of a spouse, parent, child, sibling or dear friend.

Conversations on Loss
& Grief

This group offers support for any type of loss. Here individuals have the opportunity to reflect on their own experience of loss as well as hear how others are coping. In groups we learn that we are not as alone as we might have believed, and can explore how to live with our experience of loss.
